Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We're sorry that you're considering returning your order. We are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase if your products are returned in new condition. Once we receive the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in new condition.
  • We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if items are not returned in like-new condition.
  • We cannot accept returns if the candle has been burned improperly or not in accordance with our candle care instructions. Please ensure you follow these instructions for the best possible experience.
  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, and initial postage costs will not be refunded.

Exempt Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Cosmetic products (e.g., body butter, bath salts, oils)
  • Custom or personalized orders

Return & Refund Policy

At Pure Amor, we strive to ensure the best quality in our products. However, if there’s an issue, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Claims for any misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
  • If the error is on our part, we will cover the expenses of the return.

Unfortunately, after 30 days from the purchase date, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.


How to Return Your Items:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@pure-amor.com to discuss your return and the reason for it. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide as many details as possible within the email. Where necessary, include photos of the product.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not return items without contacting us first.
  3. Refund Process: After we receive the returned items, we will refund your original payment method in line with our return policy.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping For Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For items over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Reasons for Returns:

Wrong Address:
If the provided address is insufficient for the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping once we confirm the updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to us will require you to cover the cost of reshipping.

Returned by Customer (Buyer's Remorse):
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Product sizes are provided with all items, so please ensure you check the size, style, and scent before purchase. Exchanges are not available due to change of mind.

Important Notice for EU Consumers:

In line with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. 

Pure Amor LTD reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
